They can reach out later if needed. - House Rules: This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; a $300 fee will be charged for violations. Additionally, no pets are allowed, and we do not permit events, parties, or large gatherings. - Check-in: A government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in. This is a single-story, ground-level home with a smooth entryway ideal for wheelchairs. A code is required for entry. - Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with 8 exterior security cameras (front entrance, side, rear, and alley). -All cameras face outward only and do not monitor any interior spaces. Cameras may record video and audio when motion is detected. - Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours be observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
