Guests have this entire private home to themselves! We allow up to 8 guests & 4 cars. Accessing this Miami, Florida Airbnb is extremely easy! You'll be given a lockbox code 1 day prior your arrival. Guests will have access to: -Full size Washer and Dryer. -High Speed WIFI. -Private Heated Pool. - Backyard with Lounge Seating & BBQ. -4 Gorgeous Bedrooms with Linen. -Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stainless- Steel Appliances and Island Countertop( No ovenware will be provided) . -Bathrooms stocked with essentials, towels and hair dryer. Please reach out to me if you need anything during your stay! HOUSE RULES: -NO SMOKING inside the property. $500 fine. -NO PARTIES. This includes open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, and excessive visitors, among other disturbances.( Gatherings of any type) We don't allow parties under any circumstances. $500 fine. -NO CANDLES or open flames. -Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. -Be respectful to neighbors, avoid loud music after 10:00pm. ( A fine of $200 will be charged in case the neighbors call the police) -NO PETS without prior consent of the owner. - If you use the grill, please make sure the gas is turned off when not in use and the grates are wiped down. -Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $15 USD each, lost garage opener $30 fee. -Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you wish to check out later than this, please message us at least one day in advance. A late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each hour or part thereof that you stay past 11:00 am ( without approval) We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible, but we must ensure the cleaning crew has adequate time to prepare the unit for the next guest. **We have pest control come once a month to spray front and backyard…However, this is Florida, we have a tropical/warm climate for most of the year. Pest control cannot guarantee all elimination of Florida insects**
