Centrally located at only 12 minutes to the airport, fast access to the main highways to get in 20-25min to South Beach (12miles), 15min to Dolphin Mall, 15min to Dadeland Mall and 25min to the redland farms in Homestead or the Everglades. A fridge with free beverages, Wi-fi, silent cold Ac split and a Smart TV are waiting for you! This nice Cottage has recently been completely renovated. You will enjoy a new bathroom with brand new appliances and a shower with Italian porcelanatto tiles, dimmer lights and a brand new comfortable mattress with two ergonomics memory foam pillows. Illuminated private entrance in the side of the house and a nice garden with a pond with little fishes too. Our cozy guesthouse is surrounded by a beautiful garden designed with the principles of agroforestry. We never use chemicals or insecticides—everything is cared for in a natural, organic way. Instead of discarding garden prunings, we place them under plants and garden beds. As they slowly decompose, they enrich the soil, protect moisture, and nurture a healthy ecosystem. So if you notice leaves or branches on the ground, it’s not neglect—it’s part of a living cycle that helps nature renew itself. We hope this inspires you to see the beauty of letting the earth heal naturally. Guests will have access to a private entrance, a parking lot, free Wi-Fi, a smart tv, cold and silent Ac, a fridge with beverages and snacks as a house courtesy. I will not bother my guests at all but at the same time I will be always alert for all the needs they have. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet place in a residential area of Coral Terrace. There is public transport just a few blocks away (5 blocks) to get to the main places in Miami. There is a cat living in the backyard.
