FEMALE ONLY, no exceptions! Peaceful and centrally-located home. I share my farmhouse styled house with solo female guests-each with a private room for a peaceful stay. This room has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress on wood slats. I keep the place very clean and organized at all times. I have a cute lazy indoor cat, and 2 young outdoor cats.
