Private room in home. Serene room in my homey home - women only

FEMALE ONLY, no exceptions! Peaceful and centrally-located home. I share my farmhouse styled house with solo female guests-each with a private room for a peaceful stay. This room has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress on wood slats. I keep the place very clean and organized at all times. I have a cute lazy indoor cat, and 2 young outdoor cats. The outdoor areas are shared with my neighbor, a respectful guy. I’m a Superhost with 150+ reviews on another room in the same home. You can check out my other listing with the link below to see more about the space and what guests say. https://www.airbnb.com/l/vmkNasqC Cooking is not permitted The guest might use refrigerator.
