How to check in: Check is at 4 pm. Once you arrive to the condominium, walk over to the retail area (where all the shops and restaurants are) and you will see the electric escalators to go to the second floor. (Rg level) Once on the second floor, make a left and walk toward the double glass door. You will find our office, It says GLOBAL GRAND MANAGEMENT on the doors. you will pick up the keys from us. Then you will head to suite 201 on the same floor right on the right of the escalators to get your wristbands to access the condo building and amenities. The Wifi instructions are on the router check out is at 11 AM . If you come after 6 pm, please let us know the time before so we can arrange a way for you to pick up the keys. Every Guest is required to send a copy of their IDs and the IDs of all the guests for registration at least 3 days before arrival. If you need parking, It needs to be required and paid for at least 3 days before arrival. No pets, visitors, or parties allowed. To check out, please if you check out during work hours ( 9 am to 6 pm) bring the keys to the office, if the office is closed, put the keys in the keys deposit box right next to the lockboxes. I live in the building and will be able to interact easely with my guest for them to have a great experience. The Grand is located at 1717 North Bayshore Drive in the Miami Midtown Arts District, within walking distance of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the American Airlines Arena, Downtown Miami and the shops of Bayside Marketplace. It takes only a 10 minutes of drive across the bridge to get to the South Beach. Just 3 minutes of walk takes you to a Publix Super Market and Wells Fargo Bank on Biscayne Blvd. Guests can enjoy the new park next to the building with lighted basketball, tennis and a volleyball courts. This waterfront building is perfectly located next to Sea Isle Marina — home to the Miami International Boat Show.
