Guest will also have access to all of the buildings amenities on the 14th floor : - Two large swimming pools (one heated) - Jacuzzi hot tub - Fully equipped gym - Game room - Children’s playroom - Steam room The unit comes with free self parking for one car per stay - please note the building has very compact parking lots which can only accommodate regular sized vehicles. Parking for larger cars will need to be arranged by the guest separately. Please pick up parking pass at the front desk. The building also has valet parking for a moderate fee. There are grocery stores (Wholefoods, Publix) within walking distance and 24/7 convenience store in the building (7-11/CVS) Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need help with anything. Miami has something for everyone. Beach, shopping, cafes, breakfast restaurants , brunch restaurants, bars, and abundance of high-end dining and everyday convenience stores are all within a short distance. Miami Beach is only a 15 minute car ride away. Brickell is the perfect location for you and your guests to have an amazing time and overall great stay. You can also pick up an Uber at door or get on a city bike. Take in the bay views and city views as you walk along the building’s property! Brickell is a walkers paradise, you a few steps away to high end stores and shopping at Brickell City Centre and within walking distance to some of Miami’s most well known restaurants. For the safety of our guests and neighbors, the building requires ID verification and guest registration. This is similar to providing your ID to the front desk of a hotel upon checking in. Prior to your arrival, you will need to send a picture of a valid government issued ID or passport and complete a building registration form. Please note that there is a $250 fee for any lost or unreturned keys. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Check out is at 10AM as noted in the house rules, we also send an automatic reminder the day before. For any unauthorized late check out there will be an automatic $100/ hour charge.
