We disinfect every surface area fully and allow for self-check in to help with any health and safety standards you need. The house has 2 bedrooms, 3 TVs, a kitchenette, 1 full bathroom, a dining area, a living room, and a laundry room. Free parking is available inside and outside. There is a driveway for one car that is shared. Please park in front of the house if the driveway is taken. There should be plenty of parking. The backyard is shared with guests staying in the back unit Guests have full access to all of the front side of the house, porch, and back yard. The yard is shared with other guests. We have lived here for 3 years. There is a park and Winn Dixie within 5 minutes of walking. We are very close to all major Miami attractions! Uber or Lyft is highly recommended to get around in Miami. There is also a bus stop half a block away from my place. The bus lines 12, 21, and 246 have stops there. They can take you to the metro rail, which is a 20 minute walk. The property is 10 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes away from Wynwood, 15 minutes away from Brickell, and 15 minutes away from South Beach.
