You will need to send us the the copy of your government issued ID (only yours). We need to provide it to the building management before your arrival so you will be able to check-in at the buildings front desc (without your name being pre-stored in the building system you will not be able to check-in and the fob that is used to gain the access to the elevator will not be activated). *We will also need the full names (no IDs are needed for them) of the other guests in your party, prior to your arrival, so that the front desc/concierge could have them on file. This will allow for smooth check in for your entire party and everyones movement around the entire property during your stay. * COVID-19: most business in Miamis are operating in full capacity. NEED TO STORE YOUR LUGGAGE BEFORE THE CHECK-IN (4pm) OR AFTER THE CHECK OUT (10am)! You can keep your luggage at one of "Vertoe" locations, you can find them online. This company runs similar to Airbnb, but for luggage. They find convenient locations for travelers, such as souvenir and gift shops or convenience stores, that are open early and close late and have the capacity and the security to hold and secure your luggage. "Vertoe" also provides insurance up to $5000. They have locations all over Miami area and they are adding new locations rapidly.
