Five pull-out sofa beds provide flexibility for extra guests who decide to stay overnight in comfort and peace. (Host provides extra bedding.) Bedrooms on Main Level To the right of the living area, two cozy private bedrooms await — one is the master bedroom offering comfort and privacy, and the other is a guest bedroom designed for restful nights. For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in: - Bedding and towels - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. (no laundry detergent) Please be considerate to neighbors and lower noise under 75 decibels after 9PM If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You will be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules. * If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours. If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please roll the garbage container at the front as provided on the instruction. Thank you! Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 until 12 PM or $130 until 2 PM checkout. Let us know by 10PM day prior to departure.
