A dream Premium Miami staycation. This apartment has everything you need from a full-service kitchen, washer and dryer, his and hers bathroom sinks, bathtub, tv, Wifi, to a spacious, private balcony overlooking the stunning Brickell Avenue in Downtown Miami. No amenities other than our beautiful unit are offered.
The building is currently undergoing renovations. As a result, our private balcony is not available and the pool is available only on Saturdays and Sundays. These conditions are determined by the building and are outside of the host’s control.
By confirming your reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions. No refunds or compensation will be provided due to this limitation.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
