Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F. ▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout). ▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. For security and insurance purposes, all guests must be registered prior to check-in. The primary guest must provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID through the Airbnb chat and the full names of all guests staying at the property before arrival. Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval. Failure to provide the required information before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb policies. ▶ Reservations made on behalf of other people are not allowed. The person booking must be one of the guests staying at the property. ▶ Pets are not allowed. ▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. However, smoking is permitted outside the property. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly and respectfully. If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a $250 penalty will apply and your reservation may be terminated without refund for any unused nights. ▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am. ▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly. ▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250. ▶ TRASH: The trash is removed every Monday and Thursday. Please kindly place the trash in the containers on the Right side of the property the evening before pickup, and return them after collection the next day. ▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages. ▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately. ▶ Touchless sink faucet. For your convenience, this faucet turns on automatically, when you place your hands to the left of the spout.
