The apartment is located in a quiet, secure building in the center ofSouth Beach • Check-in is contactless for your convenience. • A starter set of essentials (toiletries, coffee, paper goods) is provided. • Beach Essentials ( beach towels, chairs and umbrella, cooler ) provided as well Extermination is usually first Friday of each month around 1 - 2pm Flexible check-in/out means: • The earliest and latest check in/out times will also depend if there will be other guests check-out/in the same dates that you are checking in/out. If they are, then it will be somewhere mid-day ( my cleaning staff needs about 3-4 hours to set up the apartment in between guests, 11am-3pm). So I will coordinate your preferences with the other guests preferences and I’ll do my best to accommodate all. You will be able to drop your luggage while they set it up, if need be. • Late check-ins and early check-outs are ok, as we are using lockboxes for keys. The Gyms are outdoor public gyms( Miami style) updated with new machines, located : • In Flamingo Park entrance on 13th and Meridian. • By the beach, on 6th st and 8th st( Muscle Beach and free weights ) and Ocean Dr.
