Entire rental unit. Sailboat with a view

EnjoyScenics views of downtown Miami and the entry port.On the other side the islands that connect it to Miami beach. The boat is on a mooring, with unique 360 degrees view. At same time require to go from shore with a dinghy .we provide the service. We include 1 roundtrip per day then it's $7 per trip . Regular hours it's from 730 am till midnight. We have some exceptions for after hours with previous arrangements and during the ultra festival till 3am.And till 1:30 during art Basel . This is a traditional full keel solid sailboat with a lot of wood carpentry inside. it has the basic needs and a nice location. it has a unique perspective of Miami , it's more like glamping on the water so do not expect a hotel service , but dolphins passing by are common neighbors and nature surrounding the sailboat. Deck space with Bimini, a small kitchen, enclosed bathroom,a KitchenAid, linens, towels, silverware ,coffee. it's a different approach than living on land in an apartment or house bus available,and free metromover to downtown and Brickell area ,15 minutes walk. Also it's possible to walk to Miami beach, on a scenic walk between the islands around 25 minutes walk
