We are here to assist you 24/7 through app, phone call or what's app The house is located in an area where a cargo train occasionally passes through, which can be noisy. However, with newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors, it is much quieter. The train doesn't honk, so you’ll hardly notice it passing by. The house is a duplex, but you will have complete privacy on your side, including the pool area. The pool is not heated and is surrounded by protected trees, which means leaves may fall in, despite regular cleaning. A net is provided for leaf removal, and you are welcome to use it anytime during your stay. For added security, there are cameras on the property: one at the front entrance (overlooking the parking lots) and one at the back entrance (overlooking the backyard and pool area). If you are looking for a party house and loud music, this is not the place for you. Our neighborhood voted one the best in Florida, it is bird sanctuary.
