Important Building & Stay Information • The building requires the name and photo ID of each guest staying in the unit at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will also sign building rules upon check-in. • Parking is valet only and not included in the reservation. • There is no luggage storage or early drop-off available at the building. • This is a privately owned residence within a condo-hotel. Hotel services such as daily housekeeping and towel/toiletry replenishment are not included. Optional cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. • As the building includes permanent residents, occasional maintenance or construction noise may occur during city-approved hours (typically weekdays only). While this is outside of our control, we will always communicate any known disruptions in advance when possible. • For extended stays, maintenance cleanings are required (one cleaning for 10–14 day stays, two cleanings for 14–28 day stays). For stays 7 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if you would like the unit refreshed during your visit. For stays 10 nights or longer, one mid-stay cleaning is required to help maintain the condo during extended visits. This service includes fresh linens, towels, and a general cleaning of the space. For shorter stays, guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the unit to refresh towels or linens as needed during their stay. Balcony Closure Notice 🛑 Due to ongoing exterior building construction, the private balcony is temporarily closed and cannot be accessed. The unit still offers full floor-to-ceiling views from inside. This is a building-managed project outside of our control. We will update the listing once access is restored. Lost & Found: Please double-check for all belongings before checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind. If an item is found and you would like it returned, shipping and handling costs must be paid in advance. Return shipping is handled as a courtesy and depends on staff availability. We are unable to guarantee immediate shipment, and high-value items should not be left in the unit. We are unable to reimburse for packages lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered by shipping carriers once an item has been sent.
