The city lies on Biscayne Bay and hosts the Biscayne Bay Campus of Florida International University, and the North Miami campus of Johnson & Wales University. The city is also home to the Oleta River State Park, which is the state's largest urban park. It’s minutes from Wynwood, Design District, Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown and North Beach. The best way to get around Miami is by car, Uber or Lyft The main house is also on AirBnB so you may see other guests outside at the parking. Each unit is independent from one another, have their own parking, their own entrance and set of house rules. These rules ensures that everyone’s stay is comfortable and private. PEST CONTROL: We have a contract with ORKIN, they serviced the house on a regular basis however this is Florida and we can’t control some pests that might occasionally show up specially during raining/summer season, we are doing what is needed to be done. ⚠️Keeping the doors closed to avoid cockroaches, termites, lizards, bugs, ants, flies etc to enter the house, we treat the house so any exterior visitor will eventually die.⚠️ NO REFUNDS FOR ANY UNWANTED VISITOR, THIS IS FLORIDA AND IS COMMON THAT THEY FIND WAYS TO ENTER.
