Our home is 4,000 square feet, two floors, with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is located in the desirable neighborhood of the Upper East Side, Miami and is surrounded by all that Miami has to offer. From the finest beaches to the hottest nightlife and restaurants, you are just minutes away.
NOTE: The home no longer has a Drake theme and all wallpaper of him has been removed in an attempt to cater to all groups. New photos to be uploaded soon!
Pool heater usage is an additional cost at a rate of $60/day and must be used for the duration of the stay.
Dock access is not included, but if you are interested, please inquire to discuss potential options.
The number of people utilizing the home, whether staying overnight or not, must reflect the total number of people you list under the reservation. We reserved the right to cancel a reservation at any point without refund, before or during, should there be more people staying at the home than noted. If you plan of the possibility of inviting anyone not listed under the guest count, you must notify the host prior to making a reservation for approval. Events parties, get-togethers, etc must be approved of prior and may have an additional cost.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
