Additional guests are charged $15 per guest, per night, up to a maximum of 4 guests. Please note that we do not operate as a hotel. We provide a starter supply of towels and essentials to begin your stay. Daily housekeeping, towel changes, replacement linens, extra blankets, and replenishment of supplies are not included. For longer stays, guests are responsible for washing towels and bed linens using the on-site laundry facilities and replenishing supplies as needed. Guests have access to the shared backyard, where you’ll find a peaceful garden with tables to relax and enjoy the outdoors, as well as the coin-operated laundry located at the back of the building. Your booking includes one free assigned parking space. If you need additional parking, we can provide an extra space upon request for $10 per car, per day, subject to availability. Complimentary luggage lockers are available upon request for early arrivals or late departures. Because this listing groups several equivalent apartments, your apartment number will be assigned on the morning of your arrival. IMPORTANT – BEDDING & GUEST COUNT Our rates are based on up to 2 guests. Additional guests are charged $15 per person, per night. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests with additional beds prepared upon request. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests so we can prepare the apartment accordingly. Special bedding requests (separate beds, king bed setup, extra beds, etc.) must be communicated at least 24 hours before check-in. For same-day bookings, all guest information and bedding requests must be received before 4:00 PM. After that time, our housekeeping team may no longer be available to accommodate changes. Guests are responsible for maintaining their linens and towels throughout their reservation. A coin-operated laundry area is available on-site should you wish to wash personal items, towels, or bedding during your stay. STARTER SUPPLIES We provide a complimentary starter kit upon arrival that includes basic essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, and a welcome supply of coffee. Our starter supplies are not based on the length of your stay. They are intended to provide guests with the essentials needed for their first few days and to help them settle in comfortably. Any additional supplies needed during the remainder of the reservation will be the responsibility of the guest.
