The house is beautiful and very cozy, with a nice decoration, the rooms have the necessary amenities to make you feel at home, the queen beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very nice with everything necessary to make you feel at ease. The spaces I offer in the photos are completely private, the patio of the house is not included because there is another space that is rented and has its private entrance, the only shared space is the parking lot.

The house is located in a quiet and safe place, close to many malls, restaurants, night bars, markets, plastic surgery clinics and only 7 minutes from Miami International Airport.
The parking space is free, it will be very easy and cheap to use uber or rent a car and you can even walk to many places
The house with the two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a parking lot are completely private for the guests, no one else has access to that space when it is rented, the patio of the house is NOT included because there are more Airbnb with its entrance private next to the house, the ONLY area that is shared with guest or cleaning staff is the parking lot.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
