The house itself is very unique but the most enjoyable area is the pool and patio. You can have a nice BBQ while your kids have fun on the pool. You can feel that endless summer vibe while everyone is relaxing. The sense of privacy is something you don’t really find in a lot of places in miami but here you’ll have it all the time!
You can access the entire house. It is reserved only for you and no one will come and bother you during your vacations

The house is located at a residential area, all the neighbors are very kind and it is full of families with kids of all ages.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
