My place is a Cozy little house with a big back yard. Just 10 minutes from Miami International Airport. It's located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, close to the best areas of Miami. Next to Coral Gables & five minutes from Coconut Grove! It has a parking space on front. I’m pet friendly just one pet per stay $80 It is a great location to shopping , five minutes from dadeland mall and Sunset place mall. Also just two minutes to University of Miami. Keybiscane Beaches 15 minutes ! It has a parking space on front of the main house . To drive in Miami is very easy and my place is just a few minutes to Palmetto express way and US1. Those main ways take to many places very fast ! My guest can contact me anytime y I Will answer all questions! It is 5 minutes to Larkin Hospital and University of Miami . Dadeland Mall is 8 minutes by car . My place is one block to 67 Ave and 3 blocks to Miller or 56 St . I have a dog and my place is pet friendly just if the pet is trained . The deposit is $80 Non refundable . After 30 days there is a cleaning fee to keep the room clean .
