ARRIVING: This House is a Duplex, that means there is another house on the left side of the property but is completely separated and private. When you arrive to the property, you can park on the driveway. You will see an electronic lock in the front door. DOOR CODE: We will send you the door code one day before your arrival. CHECK IN: Check In time is at 4:00PM. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11:00 AM, please be concient of this rule so we can get in there and get it ready for the next guest. PARKING: There is plenty of parking space in front of the house. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note that the house has security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property. They remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler. We have 1 camera in the front door, 2 on the sides and one on the backyard.
