Lavish 2 bedroom unit at the Icon Brickell * •Corner apartment with stunning views of the amazing Biscayne Bay •2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms **Pool is open Friday–Sunday ONLY, due to scheduled building maintenance. Starting September the balconies will be shut from the outside and inaccessible. Guests must submit a copy of a legal ID in order to be registered with the building as only registered guests have access to the amenities. Our regular check in time is between 3:00pm-10:00pm *In case a check in after 10:00pm needs to be arranged a $50 fee in cash will apply. Guests must be checked out by 11:00am. If a late check out is needed please request it with anticipation. Unauthorized late check outs are subject to additional fees. As we have multiple check ins/outs in the same day we appreciate your understanding. ***Parking : Our hotel offers paid valet parking only. This is a separate service provided by the building. Parking rates are : $11 - 1 hour $28 - 4 hours $42 - 24 hours Please note no re-entry service provided, charges apply each time you take out your car. Please note the due to remodeling project undergoing in our building the pool is only open on weekends. The balconies are shut off and inaccessible. There is a protective film place on the glass walls. All other amenities are fully operational. The unit is strictly non-smoking. If it's proven the guest smoked in the unit a $300 fee will apply. Starting January balconies will be inaccessible and have a protective film due to remodeling project which has potential for noise. At check in you will be provided with the elevator key-fob. At check out you must leave it inside the unit in the kitchen counter. Lost key-fob = $120 fee.
