GROUND FLOOR ♦️BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed, Smart TV, Closet, and Full Bathroom. 2nd FLOOR ♦️BEDROOM 2: King size bed, Smart TV, Walk-in Closet, and Full Bathroom. ♦️BEDROOM 3: Queen size bed, Smart TV and Closet. ♦️BEDROOM 4: 2 Queen size beds bunk with full size bed retractable and a large closet. FRONT YARD:🚗🚙 Enough parking space up to 4 cars on our driveway! Entire space, guests will have access to the whole house. Patio is fully private and beautifully furnished. PARKING:🚗🚙🚗 You can park on the driveway up to 4 cars! PETS FRIENDLY: 🐶 Unlike many properties, we don't charge pet fees, because we believe that all guests, including pets, deserve a warm welcome. To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, bring your dog's bed and keep pets off beds and couches. Your cooperation helps maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone. CHECK-IN:🔓 You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the house is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT:🔒 Self check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the house ready for next guests. You can always ask the day before if it would be possible to leave later than 11AM, we try to be flexible with guests but everything depends if we are expecting new guests on the same day. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. Always let us know if you need anything else, we will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. BARBECUE:🥩 You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and CLEAN IT after you use it. Extra fee can apply if left dirty. We are not responsible for any accidents occurred by using it. GARBAGE 🚮 Miami-Dade picks up garbage every Tuesday and Friday. We've got three bins for your convenience – 2 green for regular trash, 1 blue for recycling. If you're around on collection days, please bring any used bins to the front of the driveway and kindly return them afterward. Don't worry if you forget – our cleaning team will handle it after your departure. PACKAGES (Amazon, UPS, USPS)📦 We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages delivered to the property.
