The building is very well located in the neighborhood. You can find many restaurants for all budgets a few blocks away. CVS pharmacy and the 7/Eleven are right in the corner. FREE parking in the building. Brickell is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers. Don't worry to find a parking spot in the area, we offer a FREE spot for one car inside of the building. We are extremely well located and everything is in a walkable distance. Right in the corner you can find a CVS pharmacy and a 7/Eleven. One block away you can find a very nice restaurant with a great view "Crazy about you" and the famous restaurant "Nusr-Et Steakhouse". Other nearby stores and places are Starbucks, Publix Supermarket, the US Post Office and the Brickell City Centre. As part of the check in process, building management requires all guests t be registered in their system and in order to enable access to the building and apartment they require I submit your information prior your arrival. They ask for a valid ID and your email address. You need the confirmation I will send to access. *The apartment is always left very clean and tidy. We respectfully ask that you leave the apartment in good condition at the end of your stay. If the apartment is left extremely dirty, a payment for the extra cleaning work will be requested by AirCover ($120 USD) **If damage occurs to furniture, accessories, appliances, bedding or towels and to the property in general, the corresponding reimbursement will be requested by AirCover. Read the house rules. ***Lost FOB (Electronic Key) will cost you $100 USD and lost key $50 USD. ****If there is any issue with the apartment door and a locksmith is needed during you stay or right after your check out, there is a charge of $350 USD *****There is a late check out fee of $20 starting at 10:01 a.m. Please follow the check out instructions to confirm an on time check out.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
