Our condo is on a 23rd floor with a spectacular view of Brickell Miami which looks like a giant work of art that decorates the apartment showing the tall buildings by day, the typical Miami sunset and the night lights of Brickell. The building is very well located in the neighborhood. You can find many restaurants for all budgets a few blocks away. CVS pharmacy and the 7/Eleven are right in the corner. FREE parking in the building. The space -1 large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, desk, TV and a spacious closet. -2 beach chairs and umbrella -Living room with a 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa and TV and a PlayStation 4. -Bathroom with a bathtub (towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer is offered). -Laundry room with a washer and dryer. -Dining room. -Equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, oven and air fryer. -Balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the best view of Brickell. -Hammock *Enjoy high Speed WI-FI Internet. **All the amenities of the building, 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym, parking spot included. ***We do not supply more laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels and trash bags than what is provided at the beginning. Our apartment has an ideal location! You can walk to many places such as Restaurants, Starbucks, Publix supermarket, "The City Center" Mall, Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy, Wallgreens, 7-Eleven, Shake Shack, etc. This is the approximate time you may take to arrive to these important places in Miami by car: * Miami Beach 17 min. * Miami International Airport 20 min. (You can arrive to the apt taking the metro) * Fort Lauderdale Airport 35 min. * Miami Cruise Port 13 min. * Little Havana 13 min. * Wynwood 17 min. * The Everglades 1h. If you want to ride Public transportation, the closest monorail station is "The Tenth St/ Promenade" just one block away. This service is FREE. Uber and Lyft are easy to get in the area. Brickell is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers. Brickell Avenue the main north–south avenue is the home of many popular Miami restaurants, shops, Miami Brickell Centre and other places of entertainment. Don't worry to find a parking spot in the area, we offer a FREE spot for one car inside of the building. We are extremely well located and everything is in a walkable distance. Right in the corner you can find a CVS pharmacy and a 7/Eleven. One block away you can find a very nice restaurant with a great view "Crazy about you" and the famous restaurant "Nusr-Et Steakhouse". Other nearby stores and places are Starbucks, Publix Supermarket, the US Post Office and the Brickell City Centre. As part of the check in process, building management requires all guests t be registered in their system and in order to enable access to the building and apartment they require I submit your information prior your arrival. They ask for a valid ID and your email address. You need the confirmation I will send to access. *The apartment is always left very clean and tidy. We respectfully ask that you leave the apartment in good condition at the end of your stay. If the apartment is left extremely dirty, a payment for the extra cleaning work will be requested by AirCover ($120 USD) **If damage occurs to furniture, accessories, appliances, bedding or towels and to the property in general, the corresponding reimbursement will be requested by AirCover. Read the house rules. ***Lost FOB (Electronic Key) will cost you $100 USD and lost key $50 USD. ****If there is any issue with the apartment door and a locksmith is needed during you stay or right after your check out, there is a charge of $350 USD *****There is a late check out fee of $20 starting at 10:01 a.m. Please follow the check out instructions to confirm an on time check out.
