PARKING: Free parking is available for 5 cars. No street parking or parking on the grass. Pool Heating: Should you wish to heat the pool, a 48-hour notice is required, along with a fee of $350. Guest booking 6 months in advance will need to inquire and verify with host the availability prior booking. This property is pet friendly (additional fee and $300 security deposit will be required) Guest will have access to everything on the property. We are always available. Just twenty minutes from Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Airport Downtown Miami, Brickell Ave, South beach within 15 minutes drive. Wynwood and Design District all within 10 minutes drive. Uber is very convenient, but if traveling with a big group just rents a car. We have plenty of parking for a couple of cars. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Pool Service: The pool is serviced every Wednesday morning between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Landscaping: Landscaping is typically done on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning. Garbage: Garbage is collected by the city every Monday and Thursday morning. Please place bins at the front of the driveway on these days and return them behind the gate afterward. Parties & Events: We do not allow parties, receptions, or events. Please respect our residential neighborhood and local noise ordinances. Pool Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty; please enjoy the pool responsibly. No diving or glass is permitted in or near the pool. Bugs & Critters: While we routinely spray for pests, Florida’s subtropical climate may still attract occasional critters. Please keep doors closed to minimize this.
