A charming, new cottage situated on 2 acres of land bordering the Everglades. Cottage is set apart from the main house and has its own entrance and car port; guests will have plenty of privacy. The sunsets are stunning. Gazebo is available for entertaining. The organic garden, populated with fruit trees, ornamentals, birds, butterflies, and native lizards, is available for leisurely strolls. Everglades National Park, other nature trails, and zoos are within a 25 minute drive. There are two twin sized beds in the bedroom. The sofa opens into a queen size bed. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dish ware. Tea and coffee are complimentary, along with some cooking basics, salt, pepper, and oil. Ask about our fresh herbs in the garden. Guests have access to garden and gazebo. My husband and I are available to answer questions to help visitors get settled in the cottage and familiar with the neighborhood. This is a quiet farming community away from the hustle and bustle. If you’re a nature lover, the more pristine ecosystems of South Florida are at your finger tips. Shops are at least 20 minutes away by car. Having a car is essential to getting around. If you’re a biking enthusiast, many places of interest are well within biking distance. There is a fee of $5 per day for electric vehicles.
