Queen size bed , one futon couch and a large closet with hangers and a few drawers . There is a folding table and chair inside the closet should you need one. Bathroom is located just outside room which you may be sharing with other guests. If you want a key for the room, there will be a $10 refundable deposit once the key is returned. You may hear airport activity especially if windows are open. Non smokers only! The home is great for guests who want to stay close to the airport, overnighters, students and business travelers. It’s a shared home. When weather is cool and windows are open you will hear airport activity. If you are a light sleeper I recommend earplugs. Only non smokers. Thank you! You may use the kitchen, bathrooms and front porch. Backyard is OFF LIMITS! There is an iron and iron board should you need one. I enjoy helping as well as having guests in my home but I am not always around, however, I will answer any questions or concerns you may have and will always be available either by phone or email. Thank you. Miami Springs is a very quiet, family oriented city and it is centrally located. Golf Course about a mile away from home. From MIA you may take bus number 37 or 42 to Miami Springs, a taxi, UBER, LYFT or I can pick you up for a fee of $15. From FLL you may take the tri-rail and get of either at Hialeah Marquet Place (more convenient) or at the Airport station. Do not lift up blinds as they are heavy and not very sturdy and may fall down.... Please use strings on the left side to open Venetian blinds to allow light to come in or close the blinds. Meals should be consumed in kitchen and NOT in room. Thank you!
