We have designed this centrally located home to have all the conveniences necessary for a comfortable relaxing stay. Our place offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, the second bedroom with two queen beds, a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, and all providing the latest smart TV's that provides Netflix and other video apps. As a guest to our home you will have one available parking spot, private entrance to your vacation home, and a small table in the front entrance to enjoy Miami’s weather. Those of you traveling with allergies, fear not, we’ve made sure everything is hypoallergenic so that you all enjoy your stay. Guest are not allowed to smoke inside the house, but outside smoking area is provided. We are always available by phone or text. We are right in the corner, and here to make your stay memorable. Know you are not alone if this is your first time in Miami, and we can help you get around places and give you great suggestions. Our home is only four blocks from the Famous Versailles, where you can go walking from our house. Our home is about 05-10 minutes away from Miami International Airport, Calle Ocho, Coral Gables, Miracle Mile, and Brickell; and we are 15-20 minutes away from Port of Miami, South Beach, Nikki Beach, and Ocean Drive. We are centrally located close to all of Miami attractions. Our home not only makes it easy to get to your favorite places in Miami, but we also have across the street a trolley that can take you around Coral Gables and the amazing restaurants at Miracle Mile. Please NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee. You can smoke outside. Please remember that you are staying at our home, not a hotel.
