LAUNDRY🧺 Washer and dryer in the house (detergent is provided). BEDROOM & BATHROOM DETAILS: ▪️All bedrooms included plenty of pillows, sheets, and blankets. ▪️ Both bathrooms will have plenty of towels (body, face and make up towels), as well as toiletries (shampoo, body wash, and hand soap). ♦️BEDROOM 1: King size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. ♦️BEDROOM 2: 2 Queen size beds, walk in closet, and Smart TV. ♦️BEDROOM 3: 2 Full size beds, 3 twin beds and closet. Smart TV FRONT YARD:🚗🚙 You can park up to 5 cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the right side hand of the property since this spot is reserved for the studio unit. All the areas are fully private except parking. POOL:⛱️ Enjoy our pool area as you swing on the hammock and jump into our tropical pool. You can also relax in the shade sitting on the pool chairs while having a Margarita and enjoying Miami’s hot weather. Entire space, guests will have access to the whole house. The House is a DUPLEX, you will have the entire house for yourself except the parking in the right hand side of the property, designated for the Studio Guests. (They only have access to the studio not the house). Pool. Laundry Area and Patio are private too. Please make yourself at home.☺️ We will send you the door code at your arrival day and we will be assisting you in anything you may need during your stay.🔓 This property is a Duplex, all the amenities on the pictures are totally private except the parking on the right side of the property.⚠️ This is 100% Family business and we put all our efforts and hearts to make our guests experience, the best ever!😊 NO BIG PARTIES OR BIG EVENTS ALLOWED! PARKING:🚗🚙🚗 You can park in front of the main entrance of the house. (Left side of the property) Up to 5 cars. CHECK-IN:🔓 You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the house is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT:🔒 Self check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the house ready for next guests. You can always ask the day before if it would be possible to leave later than 11AM, we try to be flexible with guests but everything depends if we are expecting new guests on the same day. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. Always let us know if you need anything else, we will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. BARBECUE:🥩 You can use the barbecue in the patio as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and CLEAN IT after you use it. Extra fee can apply if left dirty. We are not responsible for any accidents occurred by using it. GARBAGE 🚮 Miami-Dade picks up garbage every Monday and Thursday. We've got three bins for your convenience – 2 green for regular trash, 1 blue for recycling. If you're around on collection days, please bring any used bins to the front of the driveway and kindly return them afterward. Don't worry if you forget – our cleaning team will handle it after your departure. POOL/ LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE Every week our maintenance team will visit the house to make sure everything looks amazing for your stay. Pool maintenance is scheduled every MONDAY and THURSDAY between 9AM-12PM. You don’t need to worry as they have a private entrance to the patio. Landscaping team will be there every 2 weeks in the early morning, so the garden looks as beautiful as in the pictures.
