As a guest of the property you will have access to our home's large swimming pool, garage with coin washer/dryer (message for access) , bicycles on-site for leisurely ride in neighborhood, and a private entrance for parking your vehicle. Free mangos during the season (June-August)!! I am the owner and live on the property in the main house. I love to share the various fruits grown on the property with our guests and am available should anything arise. With mango season quickly approaching guests will feast on the luscious fruits, during their summer stays, at their hearts content. The area is know as Horse Country and our property is at the far east end of that area. Homes in this area where, at one time, on 3-7 acre lots but as Miami grew those lots we divided with multi-million dollar homes constructed throughout the immediate area. Being on the east end of this area and located in the center of Miami-Dade County this area lends well for travelers who want to explore the Greater Miami area with easy, quick access to all areas from Miami Beach and Brickell to the Florida Keys and Everglades. You are on the highway and to your destination, via automobile, in seconds but you will need a car during your stay. This is a really unique property that doesn't exist any longer in Miami-Dade County. It was a working horse ranch up until 1995 and sits on 4-acres in an area adjacent to SR826 so you can get to anywhere from South Beach to Key Largo literally within minutes. All guests staying must complete my registration form for a $250 security hold. That hold will be released within 48 hours of your departure. No guest will be allowed to enter until this has been completed and processed. Please do your best to complete this before arriving at the property to avoid any delays at check-in.
