Amenity Pass Allowance:
Studios / 1-bedroom → 2 adult passes
2-bedroom → 4 adult passes
Guests under 18 do not require a pass but must be accompanied by an adult and are limited to pool access only.
The number of passes is determined by building policy and cannot be extended.
Arrival and Access
Guests are required to provide a valid ID in advance so they can be registered in the building’s system.
Upon arrival, guests will check in at the reception desk, where staff will assist and direct them to the apartment.
The apartment features a smart lock. A unique access code will be provided approximately 24 hours before check-in for a smooth and secure entry. 🔑
Parking Options
Valet parking is available through the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges).
Vehicle height limit: 6’2” (1.88 m). Please confirm your vehicle fits before requesting parking.

Pool Access
The building pool is available only on Saturdays and Sundays.
Pool use is not permitted Monday–Friday, including holidays.
Hours and access are determined by the building, not the host, and may change.
Façade Work & Temporary View
Please note that the building is currently undergoing exterior façade improvements throughout the year.
Please note, however, that our apartment is not directly impacted by the construction, and the view from the unit remains unobstructed. Guests can continue to enjoy the natural scenery and views as shown in the listing photos.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
