So if you want to enjoy a splash of time, or visit the city's nightlife, or maybe just relax in the spacious living room and watch your favorite shows with the people you love, then this is the place you seek.
3 Bedroom 2 bathroom home with a pool, spacious kitchen, and relaxing backyard with propane BBQ. 4 available car spaces. If an extra parking space is needed please ask as we have an extra spot available.
Guest have complete access to the main house and pool.
I open to anything that makes Guest happy.
Home also has mother in law quarters that may be booked or not. It is separate from the home with no access to house or pool.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
