Enjoy views of Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience. Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual. To assist you, clear signage will be provided to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this temporary update! Valet parking is available for a $48 fee per night. You will be able to checkin and checkout your cars as many times as needed at no additional charge. During renovations the Residential Swimming Pool, Gym and Jacuzzi are temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the amenities you need to cook up whatever your heart desires! With a Publix grocery store located 1/2 block away, you have the ultimate convenience for stocking up on all your culinary needs. In addition to the kitchen, there's a washer/dryer available, ensuring that going home with dirty laundry is not an option. The open concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen, which overlooks the modern decor. The oversized dining table offers seating for 6 people, creating a delightful setting for enjoying meals together. The living room exudes comfort with its velvet sofa, inviting you to relax. The 65" Roku streaming TV, fully loaded with Netflix, Sling, and free TV show and movie apps, ensures endless entertainment options to keep you entertained. The sliding glass doors in the living room lead you to the furnished balcony, providing an extraordinary vantage point to savor the scenery. The captivating sights of the park and bay create an unforgettable backdrop. Although the Grand Lobby is closed the Grand Retail shops are all open. The Retail space has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa. Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay. There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building. Other things to note BUILDING RULES: After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible. We know it's so NOT fun to read a bunch of rules when planning your vacation! However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree to them. Guests you can't bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted up to the condo. if you plan to have extra visitors over during your stay, our building may not be a good fit for you, and it's best to know this in advance. On a positive note, The Grand is very safe and secure, and that's a GOOD thing! - THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 9 Guests including children we can not amend that occupancy number. If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. - Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment. - We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them. Our maids and team members will be grateful not to be hunting down forgotten items left by you in our 85+ condos ; ) - Though we do not personally judge smokers, there is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. There is just no nice way to state this .. so here is the reality, if smoking is detected, you will face eviction and forfeit deposit. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. - We will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay. - Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. - Must be 21+ to book with us, so please check your ID prior to booking to make sure your 21 or older, not after booking! This alleviates a ton of time cancelling a booking on both ends. ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed. Policies are in line with the owners' guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking. -No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather. -We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies. 
 We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. PACKAGES: Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
