I LIVE IN AN EXCELLENT AREA IN MIAMI AND THE LOCATION IS PERFECT. I AM A FEW MINUTES AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN MIAMI AND LITTLE HAVANA AND OTHER GREAT TOURIST ATTRACTIONS LIKE THE CITIES OF MIAMI BEACH, KEY BISCAYNE, COCONUT GROVE AND CORAL GABLES. THERE IS ALSO A GREAT TOURISTIC AREA CALLED WYNWOOD WHICH IS FULL OF GORGEOUS MURALS AND GRAFITTI. COME TO MIAMI AND ENJOY MY HOME AND ALSO THE AREA WHICH IS WONDERFUL. Room in charming and whimsical family home with adjacent bathroom. Room has a tv, there is central air conditioning, internet connection wi-fi, pool, washing machine and dryer and private parking. very near little havana, 15 minutes by car to miami beach, there are also buses that take you there(like bus number C or S from bayfront park, near metrorail(brickell station is 6 blks from my home), I-95 (there are 2 exits, one on sw 8th street and the other is on 25 rd.), coconut grove(should have a car to get there) and coral gables which can be reached by bus or trolley. For those interested in the night scene, i am close to clubs in downtown miami and also clubs in miami beach . i am surrounded with first class restaurants of different nationalities for all special tastes. also you must try uber and lyft to get around busy miami traffic and rush hours. it is great, economical and quite a find. please download your app before arriving to my home. I consider myself a good hostess and i make sure that my guests are comfortable, informed and secure. for a fee I will also give you a wonderful personalised sighseeing tour of miami and surrounding areas. I do have cats and dogs just in case someone is allergic. I AM ALSO A GREAT TOUR GUIDE. I CAN SHOW YOU FOR A VERY CONVENIENT FEE, AROUND MIAMI, MIAMI BEACH, KEY BISCAYNE, CORAL GABLES , LITTLE HAVANA AND THE EVERGLADES. I REALLY LOVE MY CITY AND YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE UNFORGETTABLE. My guests will have access to my home, for those with a car there is parking on the property. there is also a very nice swimming pool, umbrella, beach towels, chaise lounges to sunbathe , a beach umbrella to take to the beach with you,mosquito repellent, i offer bath soap, shampoo and other amenities that you may not have brought from home, also a hair dryer and if you need an iron and an ironing board there is that too. i offer ice cold water to take with you while sightseeing. there is wi-fi, and a tv in every room. there is also my advice and expertise on my city. i interact with my guests as much as my guests want to interact with me. i am here in my home and available to answer any questions regarding my city and how to get around it. i do work but in the mornings until 10:00 am i am at your service. i get back from work at 5:00 pm. My neighborhood is called historical, it is called the "roads neighborhood" there are some homes here older than 1920"S. it is nestled between downtown miami and brickell avenue. it is quiet and elegant and also friendly. you will see manicured lawns and neighbors walking their dogs and older people taking leisurely strolls as well as joggers . it is a safe place to be and live. the most important street in my neighborhood is coral way which in my area is called sw 3rd. avenue. it is beautifully lined with banyan trees (they are cousins of the rubber tree) offering a wonderful green and fresh canopy. on coral way there is bus number 24 that comes from downton miami and continues on to coral gables, it runs west to east , the fare is $2.25 and you must have the correct amount of change as there is no change offered on the bus. there is also the coral way trolley which comes and goes from downtown to coral gables and that is free. there are trolleys in everry little city that you visit and they are also free. very close to my home (6 blks away) there is the metrorail and the metromover. the nearest station is called brickell station. the metrorail is $2.25 and you can get your tickets at the station. the metromover which covers the downtown area is free of charge. if you are wondering why the metromover and the metrorail are built above ground it's because we are basically sitting on coral rock or oolithic rock . it is very difficult to dig into so our city managers designed this metro system above ground so it would be cost effective. I am within walking distance to the downtown area, bayside marketplace, mary brickell village, the mouth of the miami river , bayfront park, the american airlines arena. the opera and the performing arts center. the area is beautiful and full of architctural wonders of the downtown and brickell areas.
