You’ll have full private access to my apartment on the 39th floor, along with access to all shared building amenities, including the bayfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, lounge, and children’s playground. Fresh bath towels are provided at check-in, and you’re welcome to use the building’s laundry facilities located on the 14th floor if needed. One assigned parking space is available in the building garage. The garage is best suited for sedans and small SUVs, as larger vehicles may find maneuvering a bit tight. I’ll guide you through this process to make it easy and seamless. • Luggage storage: Luggage drop-off is available at the front desk from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for a small fee of $5 per item. • Climate control: The apartment is equipped with both air conditioning and heating. For optimal performance, the system is designed to operate comfortably within a typical residential range (approximately 65–75°F).
