You’ll have full private access to my apartment on the 39th floor, along with access to all shared building amenities, including the bayfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, lounge, and children’s playground.
I want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay. Fresh bath towels are provided at check-in, and you’re welcome to use the building’s laundry facilities located on the 14th floor if needed.
One assigned parking space is available in the building garage. The garage is best suited for sedans and small SUVs, as larger vehicles may find maneuvering a bit tight.

• Guest registration:
The building requires a short-term guest registration form prior to arrival. This includes stay dates, the name and photo ID of the primary guest, and confirmation that building rules have been reviewed. I’ll guide you through this process to make it easy and seamless.
• Luggage storage:
Luggage drop-off is available at the front desk from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for a small fee of $5 per item.
• Climate control:
The apartment is equipped with both air conditioning and heating. For optimal performance, the system is designed to operate comfortably within a typical residential range (approximately 65–75°F). If any issues arise during your stay, please let me know and I’ll address them promptly.
• Packages & deliveries:
The concierge can accept packages during your stay, as long as they are addressed to the registered guest. Please note that letter mail is not permitted—packages only.

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
