Designed with comfort and convenience in mind: Bedrooms: • King-size bed in the main bedroom • Bunk bed (full bottom, twin top) in the second bedroom ( ideal for kids)!! • Single bed in the third bedroom Bathrooms: • Two full bathrooms Shared spaces: • Fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals • Comfortable living room • Dining area • Laundry area • Front and backyard for relaxing outdoors Guests have full, private access to Cozy Casita. The home is entirely yours during your stay, with no shared spaces. You’ll have access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and the private outdoor space. On-site parking is available, and self check-in makes arrival simple and stress free. Disclaimer: Two out of three of the bedroom closets are not accessible. The closet that is available to guests is the one in the room with the bunkbed. We are happy to give guests their privacy while always being available if they need anything. Whenever possible, we enjoy personally welcoming guests with a brief tour of the home and sharing local tips and recommendations. Otherwise, our team remain easily available to assist with any questions during the stay.... Communication is handled promptly through Airbnb messages. Cozy Casita is a quiet, family friendly home located in a residential neighborhood. It is best suited for guests looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. The home is designed for up to 6 registered guests, and only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and we kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors at all times. Children are very welcome at Cozy Casita. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially in outdoor areas. Check-in is available at the scheduled time. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability. From time to time, guests may notice local wildlife typical of Coconut Grove, such as peacocks or small lizards! this is part of the area’s natural charm.... Across the street is Charlotte Jane Memorial Park Cemetery, a quiet, historic space that’s part of the area’s rich history and even inspired Michael Jackson’s Thriller music video... just a fun bit of local trivia Grove residents like to share.
