Our house is conveniently located between Key Largo and downtown Miami. It’s 45 minutes away from South Beach and few minutes from Florida Turnpike which takes you anywhere in Miami. The property is surrounded with mature Palm trees and Fruit trees which allow making a nice breezy days and nights. If you are having difficulty in finding the property, please note that the front yard features a: •Ceramic mailbox •Garden with several tall palm trees •Large half-circle driveway with two entrances. Furthermore, we are the 4th house on the right side of our street. Our guests have access to the Swimming Pool and entire Backyard. I am a sociable host, I enjoy accommodating my guests, and at the same time I respect everyone's privacy. The neighborhood is a residential quiet area with large new houses in a culdesac street. We are a few miles away from scenic Old Cutler Road, which leads to beautiful tourist areas, such as: The Deering Estate (8 miles, 22 min) Matheson Hammocks Park/Marina (13 miles, 30 min) Fairchild and Pinecrest Gardens (13 miles, 30 min) Viscaya Museum/Coconut Grove (20 miles, 40 min) Our closest shopping mall and cinema is Southland Mall (3 miles, 10 min) which has Stores like Ross, TJ Max, Target, Walmart and a variety of restaurants.
