**Pool is open Friday–Sunday ONLY, due to scheduled building maintenance.
The balconies will be shut from the outside and inaccessible and windows will have protective film .
Guests must submit a picture of a valid ID (License, Passport, Gov't Issued ID) in order to be able to check in. Please note this is a required step in the registration process. Guests who do not submit IDs would not be able to check in.
The place is a corner unit. 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms.
1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Upon request we can provide an air mattress. The balconies are not accessible and there is protective film on the windows. The pool is only open on weekends due to remodeling project which has potential for some noise.
Our regular check in time is between 3:00pm-10:00pm
If a late check out is needed please request it with anticipation. If the guest does not complete the check out by 11:30am a $100 fee will apply. If the guest is not checked out by 1:00pm a full nightly rate will be charged.
As we have multiple check ins/outs in the same day we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
