You are going to be on Downtown Miami. You can cross the street and take the free Metromover to move around Downtown, Brickell and Midtown. You will be within walking distance to Bayside Marketplace and American Airlines Arena: Home of the Miami Heat!!!
Use the Metromover to shop or eat at City Brickell Center: a MUST!
Public parking garages in front of building and one street over. Free Metromover across the street.
When you arrive to the front of the buiding use the entrance on the right. You do not need to check in on the hotel side(left entrance). Just provide your ID to the fromt desk personell on the Residences side( Right Entrance). Use your mobile app to access the elevators and room. Will send this info once you book.
No smoking of any kind on the apartment or balcony. A $300 fine will be added if this rule is broken.
There is valet parking across the street and more economical parking across to the south and to the west.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
