There is a free Metro Mover in front of the apartment which takes you around the Financial District/Brickell and connects you to the main metro lines to the Miami International Airport (MIA) or as far south as Dadeland Mall/Kendall. If you have a car, the rental includes a free parking garage pass and is only 15 minutes drive to the beach. I love the area and space. You’ll be in the heart of Miami, and walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, and attractions the city has to offer or take the free metro mover to get anywhere around if you don’t feel like walking. You’ll have the open floor layout apartment (which is a 712 sq ft one bedroom apartment which I’ve removed the bedroom wall to create an expansive open floor plan instead) all for yourself. It has all of the modern-day features such as central air conditioning and heating which uses a Nest thermostat, and blazing fast G fiber optic internet connection which powers this Smart Home. This apartment is fully-furnished and comes with all of the things you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Modern mid-century furniture from CB2 and other designer brands. The king sized bed is low profile given the design element to it and it has a pillow soft premium hotel luxury mattress on it. Also, feel free to cook your meals in this chefs kitchen with well-stocked kitchen appliances and supplies and unwind after a long day exploring or working from home in this apartment. As a guest, you have access to the entire apartment. The buildings’ (boutique) amenities are a sauna, steam room, outdoor shower (all outside of the building on the ground floor), billiards table (first floor game room), and gym (on the second floor). There is a self check-in process in place, so no need to meet in person for check-in. I am only a text message away and happy to provide recommendations as needed. Downtown Miami is booming and right next door to Brickell (Financial District), Wynwood (Art District), and South Beach is only a 15 minute drive away since it’s just on the other side of the causeway. You’ll have everything you need (Whole Foods, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, bar, major retailers, parks…etc) walking distance away. You can walk everywhere, take the free Metro-mover (operates 7 days a week from 5am to 12am midnight), or drive and use the free covered parking garage right next door to the building (in the next building over). You’ll have a fully stocked Samsung smart stainless steel appliances kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine, food processor/blender/smoothie maker...etc so you won’t miss your kitchen essentials. Plus, I have plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware to make you feel at home during your stay. Zero tolerance for illicit activities, drugs, smoking (tobacco or marijuana), and/or loud music/parties in the apartment and/or balcony. This is my home and not suitable for such activities.
