Relax in our tranquil, ideal for students, traveling nurses, professionals, or anyone needing a short or extended stay. Enjoy a queen-size bed and a newly renovated bathroom. Located in Kendall Lakes, we’re just 20 minutes from FIU, 10 minutes from Baptist Hospital (West Kendall), and 30 minutes from the airport and downtown. Nearby attractions include, Strange Beasts, La Mesa Kendall, Dolphin Mall, and top restaurants. Perfect for last-minute stays. Property is privately owned and occupied. You would be staying in one of the bedrooms and will have access to the guest bathroom. Guest bathroom will have a vanity mirror, pantry with bathroom essentials (towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner,etc). Bedroom has plenty of space for two guests. Coffee maker, and mini fridge. There is limited closet space available, bedroom furniture is available instead. We’re excited to host you and want you to feel comfortable during your stay while also respecting that this is a shared home. Access to the property will be through the front door, and your unique entry code will be provided at the time of check-in/arrival. During your stay, you will have full access to your private bedroom and designated guest bathroom. As this is a shared home, we kindly ask that you respect all other areas as private unless otherwise noted. You are also welcome to enjoy the kitchen and patio during normal hours. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, these shared spaces are not available during quiet hours. Please note: Areas outside of the assigned spaces (bedroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, and patio during permitted hours) are considered private. We kindly ask that guests do not access any other parts of the home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep a respectful, comfortable space for everyone 🤍 We will be keeping in touch through the Airbnb app and will be available for any issues at anytime except during Quiet Hours time frame. However If there is a legitimate emergency you can contact the host through their preferred method (AirBnB, text messages, Etc). Designated parking for 1 vehicle will be located in front of the home, right hand side next to the Red Chevy. For your safety and other guests this property is monitored by CCTV. Cameras are located around the property as well well as one indoor camera in the kitchen used to monitor front door entrance. We want our guests to enjoy their stay, that includes having a good nights rest therefor Quiet Hours begin from 11:30 pm-7:00 am. Please be courteous to the other guests between this time frame by keeping volume and front door entry at a minimum. We highly appreciate your cooperation.
