This Apartment includes one queen bed and two twin bed. Fresh linens and pillows are provided for all, as are a set of bath towels. 2 Beach chairs are also provided. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with stove and oven, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, serving-ware and american coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the dining table. When you've finished your day, retire to enjoy the Smart-TV (Cable Not included) & fast WiFi. You will have access to the entire apartment. SELF CHEK IN. Check yourself in with the keypad. You do not need keys to access the apartment. All you need is the code! You have the entire apartment to yourself. BEACH . RESTAURANTS . SHOPS . NIGHTLIFE !!! located in the best area of South Beach, just around the corner of Ocean Dr.! a few steps from Lincoln road where you can find restaurants, shops and nightlife. And of course, just 1 block from the beach. Simply LOCATION!. You can definitely walk around almost everywhere, to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket, deli, Walgreens and more!. You can also jump into an Uber or Lift to move around. Also City Bike station is available across the street, and the Miami Beach's Free Trolley provides a reliable transportation experience. Most of Bus stops are 5 minutes walk from the building. But if you are planning to bring your car, you will be able to park in the public parking that is just 1 block from the building for reasonable prices. The condo is just a 15 minutes car ride from Miami International Airport, depending on time and traffic. We provide, at the time of your check-in: • 4 Bath towels. • 4 Beach towels. • 2 Hand towels. • 2 Beach chairs (We do not provide beach umbrella). • 1 Kitchen towel. • Bed linen and pillows for all beds. Also, we provide as a welcome courtesy: • 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper. • Hand soap and shampoo. • Dish-washing detergent and sponge. • Paper napkins. • General cleaning items. • We do not provide soap for the washing machine. • We do not provide salt, oil, coffee or sweetener. Since my apartment is not a hotel, we do not provide Room Service. Very close to the apartment you can find large supermarkets. PLEASE keep this in mind in order to plan your shopping.
