Featuring a full kitchen, full bathroom, and dedicated parking spot, our space is perfectly situated near surgery clinics, Miami Airport, malls, FIU, The everglades, etc. The Modern House #11 has a queen-size bed plus a small sofa, a 60' Smart TV (use your own credentials to log in to your favorite apps) brand new Split air conditioner (No Heater), full bathroom, full kitchen, with stove, fridge, blender, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc, etc, dining table. Nicely decorated, cozy and spotless! Once inside our houses, you will find yourself in a comfortable and far superior environment compared to many other Airbnbs The units are completely independent of each other. The beautiful deck by the lake behind the house is the only shared outdoor space. Laundromats, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries & beauty clinics are less than 5 min away. Dolphin Mall, IKEA, FIU are 10 min away; Miami Airport is only 15 min away, Brickell & Downtown 30, and South Beach 40. Clinics like Snatched, Xiluet, New Life Plastic Surgery, Miami Clinic, Beyond Beauty Clinic, Avana Plastic, Snatched, and many more are within a 2 to 10-mile radius. The SUVs shown in the photos are not included with the property rental. Our cozy tiny homes are part of a 5500 sq ft pre-manufactured house, thoughtfully divided into five completely independent units. Nothing inside is shared with anyone else; each unit has its own private entrance and all the amenities of a regular home. You'll find a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a TV, and all necessary furnishings. The only shared space is the deck by the lake in the back. Just like in any hotel, the units share walls. *If you're coming for surgery recovering you're more than welcome as any other guest just be aware we will require a $100 refundable security deposit to ensure our linens, mattress, pillows, towels, etc., aren't damaged or soiled. Please Note: While we strive to provide a perfect stay, we are not responsible for the conduct of neighbors. Latin culture is vibrantly loud and joyful, which can occasionally mean loud music or spirited conversations nearby. Additionally, we have no control over the physical appearance of adjacent properties. Our Guarantee: Within our premises, we maintain strict standards. You will find a clean, trash-free environment with no loitering—only fellow guests staying at our Airbnbs. ADULT ONLY ACCOMMODATION (25+) Booking Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. We do not accept reservations from local or visiting groups under the age of 25 who are traveling to Miami for parties, celebrations (birthdays, bachelor/ette parties), or Spring Break. Exemptions: This policy does not apply to families with children, young adults traveling with their parents, or quiet travelers such as siblings, professional coworkers, and post-operative recovery guests. We aim to maintain a strictly quiet and restful environment for all our residents and guests. If your plans do not align with a peaceful stay, this property will not be a good fit.
