Welcome to Lucy's Place, a restored historic apartment complex in Miami's vibrant Upper East Side. Functionally modern residences feature authentic vintage decor. This listing is for the Property's main building. It includes 3 private apartments (a studio, 2 BR + den, and 3 BR + Den), perfect for group and family vacations, sleeps 16 adults. Private, unique, & comfortable, enjoy a taste of old Miami. We hope to host you! Apt 1 - The original "owner's apartment," this is the Property's largest residence. 3 bedrooms plus a foyer/den & private patio (sleeps up to 8 guests - each BR has a queen size bed and the den is equipped with a queen size air mattress) Apt 2 - A full second floor 2 bedroom plus den residence with private roof terrace. Sleeps up to 6 (both bedrooms have queen size beds and the den is equipped with a queen size air mattress). Apt 3 - Cozy studio apartment with private front porch & swing (Sleeps 2 on a single queen size bed). Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, high speed wireless internet, and the two larger unit both have a washer/dryer in unit. Beds are dressed with quality mattresses and linens and toiletries, towels, hairdryer & iron/ironing board are provided. The large backyard features a common patio and grill decked out with vintage 1950's glider patio set. Guests are also welcome to fruit when in season from the Property's mango, avocado, star fruit, & lychee trees. This listing includes 2 private parking spaces. Street parking in the neighborhood is easy & free if additional spaces are required. For families traveling with small children or infants, a crib can be provided upon request. This listing is for the Property's main building. There are two additional stand alone cottage apartments on the property grounds. All guests are welcome to enjoy the common backyard and patio. I live down the street, so will be available during you stay should you have questions/concerns or want insights on the neighborhood. The Property is located in the Palm Grove Historic District in Miami's booming Upper East Side & MiMo Corridor . . . famous for it's mid-century drive in motels whose original neon signs still light up Biscayne Boulevard at night. Culturally diverse, the area is vibrant and alive. Locals in the know flock to numerous unique boutiques and eateries. From soul food to quality vegan fair, sushi and authentic Thai, and some of the best pizza you'll find in Miami, it's all within walking distance. New shops and restaurants are opening daily and the area is perfect for the traveler looking to explore.
