Great location! It's a walking distance from Coral Gables, loaded with fine restaurants, shops, only 15 minutes away from the airport, 10 from Brickell, 20 from Miami Beach and 10 Coconut Grove.
The apartment is in a building called Shamrock by the Gables. It is one block away from Coral Way, which is surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods like Coral Gables, Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana. The place is conveniently close to a great variety of shops and restaurants. Coral Way is known by its picturesque banyan trees along the way, it is so green!. It is a delighting neighborhood dotted with vibrant Cuban flavor by its warm and spontaneous people and charming urban spaces.
There are a few parking spaces for visitors too and at least 20 free parking spaces on 22nd Terrace, across the building.
The apartment is located only 2 blocks away from Miracle Marketplace Mall, where you will find fine stores like Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW Shoes, Ulta, Venetian Nail, and Spa, The Spot Barber Shop, Vision Works, Sixt Rent A Car, Toys R Us, LA Fitness, Petsmart, Hooters and more.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
