Private room in the exclusive area of Bayshore Drive. Minutes to American Airlines Arena, Downtown Miami, Port of Mia, Brickell, Adrian Art Center, the famous Miami Beach, Wynwood. ATM, Supermarket, restaurants are half a block away. No smoking plz. The room is spacious, it has a confortable bed, working desk and also it has access to the balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The building has amenities that the guest can use like the pool, gym, spa. Feel free for questions. The place is located near the onmi station where you can use the metro rail for free. It is a beautiful area near markets, restaurants. We have a park right in front with volleyball and tennis canchas. I live in the same condo but your room is private with the bathroom. You have direct access to the balcony from your room. The view is beautiful I have chairs and a table for you to eat, work or relax. The only common area is the kitchen if you are staying more than a week. Also if you are kind with the neighbors you can use the pool, gym and spa you would love it. Feel free to ask questions . I can guide you to get to know the area. Or if you like your own space is ok too. You can walk to the Perez Art Museum, enjoy a show in Adrienne Arsht Center or go to their farmers market on mondays. The beach is 5 min by car and Uber just cost from $5 to $10 to Wynwood or South beach. Taxy, Uber or Lift are the best way To get to the port of Miami, Brickell , South Beach, downtown are very close. The metro station is 2 blocks away. One block from the building you have The Omni station that will take you for free to Brickell. (It is call Omni loop). Miami Trolley is also available for free and it will take you to different areas of Miami for free. Please download the app: City of Miami Trolley. I live with three doggies that I take care very well. They are clean and well behaved. Please close the door of the balcony when you are outside. This building is exclusive and very demanding about knowing the people that visit the place therefore we require picture ID, drivers license or passport. Safety is first for both parts so the apartment door has smart lock. Also the building has cameras in the common areas. Please
