Guest will also have access to all of the buildings amenities on the 14th floor : - Two large swimming pools (one heated) - Jacuzzi hot tub - Fully equipped gym - Game room - Children’s playroom - Steam room The unit comes with free self parking for one car per stay in a multi story garage within the building - please note the building has very compact parking lots which can only accommodate regular sized vehicles. Parking for larger cars will need to be arranged by the guest separately. Please pick up parking pass at the front desk. The building also has valet parking for a moderate fee. This is similar to providing your ID to the front desk of a hotel upon checking in. Prior to your arrival, you will need to send a picture of a valid government issued ID or passport and complete a building registration form. Please note that there is a $250 fee for any lost or unreturned keys. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Check out is at 10AM as noted in the house rules, we also send an automatic reminder the day before. For any unauthorized late check out there will be an automatic $100/ hour charge.
