Large windows keep the space bright throughout the day, and the layout flows naturally between cooking, dining, and relaxing. Central air conditioning via a split-type ductless system keeps the condo comfortable regardless of the Miami heat outside. A sofa bed in the living room provides flexible sleeping space for the sixth guest.   Sleeping arrangements Bedroom 1 features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen bed and ample closet space, served by the second full bathroom. Both rooms are well-proportioned and designed for restful nights.   Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, with dishes and silverware provided. The open connection to the dining and living area makes shared meals easy.   Bathroom Both bathrooms are well-appointed. Amenities include a bathtub, hair dryer, and shampoo.   Building amenities Residents and guests have access to a resort-style pool, rooftop terrace with bar and social lounge, fully equipped gym, spa with sauna and steam room, basketball and racquetball courts, and multiple activity spaces. Building staff are on-site 24 hours a day, and self check-in is available via key fob. The building is elevator-accessible throughout.   Parking One complimentary parking space is available at the Miami Parking Authority - Courthouse Garage, located at 40 NW 3rd Street, Miami, FL 33128 (about a 2-minute walk / 400 feet from the building lobby). To enjoy free parking, the vehicle must exit and re-enter the garage at least once every 24 hours. Additional parking spaces are available for $15 per day per vehicle.   Please note There are no daily resort fees, and on-site parking is not available on-site. Unit access is through key fobs. Lost/non-returned key fobs will result in a $50 + admin fee expense.
