No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted at any time. 2. No Smoking or Open Flames Absolutely no smoking or open flames inside the apartment or on the balcony. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookah, incense, and candles. Violations will result in immediate removal and a $600 fine. 3. Balcony & AC Kindly keep the balcony doors always closed. Tropical air + AC = Moisture. Tropical air entering the cool indoor space creates moisture, leading to humidity damage. Our smart climate system alerts to prevent damage. 4. Security Deposit Hold A $500 hold will be placed on your card before arrival. This is not a charge and is released in full after checkout pending no damages or any rule violations. 5. Check-In & Checkout Times Check-in: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Checkout: Before 10:00 AM Late checkout may incur an additional fee due to cleaning schedules. 6. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please always keep noise at a respectable level. 7. Towels & Furniture Care Do not take bath towels to the pool or beach (towels are available at the 14th-floor pool). Please avoid sitting on furniture while wet or wearing tanning oils. 8. Trash Disposal Use the trash chute when available. Prior to checking out, do not leave any uncovered food or trash. Should the trash chute be unavailable, please tie trash bags securely. 9. Key & Fob Replacement Fee Lost or unreturned keys/fobs will incur a $250 replacement fee. 10. Damage & Incident Reporting We understand things happen; communication helps avoid additional charges. Please report any accidental damage right away so we can address it promptly. If anything breaks, gets stained, or stops working during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it. Reporting issues early helps avoid additional charges and keeps the space in great condition for everyone. 11. No Pets Pets are not permitted. 12. Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 6 guests total, at all times (day or night). No unregistered guests are allowed. 13. Security Monitoring & Enforcement The building has 24/7 hallway surveillance. Exceeding occupancy or hosting unregistered guests will result in immediate removal and penalties. 14. Rule Violation Policy If any rule is violated, building security may require the entire group to vacate, even if only one guest is responsible. Building management may involve local authorities in more serious cases. 15. Do Not Move Furniture Please do not move or rearrange furniture. This can cause damage to the floors and walls and may result in additional charges. ________________________________________ Building Access Requirements 1. Government ID Requirement A valid government-issued photo ID must be provided prior to arrival for building registration. Without this, check-in cannot be completed, and your elevator access fob will not be issued. 2. Registered Guest List Full names of all guests must be provided before check-in to allow concierge access. ________________________________________ Luggage Storage Independent Service Luggage storage is offered by the building but operated independently. Availability, pricing, and hours may vary; please confirm directly with the provider.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
